Refund/returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. 

We refund for defective items only. We do not refund for 'change of mind.' 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and individual grip-wrapping still in place (in its original packaging). You will also need to supply the order number, receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be issued a Return ID number which must be printed and inserted with your return package. Returns received without a Return ID number will not be processed.

Postal returns need to be sent to the following address: 
2/2 Roseberry Street, Balgowlah NSW 2093. Australia. 
A postage label will be issued to you in this case.

Once items are received and inspected refunds will be issued back to the account of original payment.

Wholesale orders or orders over AUD$500 are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Refund payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective. If items are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you will need to send photos so that we can evaluate the issue and amend.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges.
If items are damaged on delivery or incorrect sizes are sent, you will be offered replacement items. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund in this situation will be original amount less taxes and less 10% restocking fee. Return postage fees for items in this situation is the responsibility of the customer.
